If you are feeling resistance just now, breathe. Slowly and deeply. Stress is really just fear and worry. Notice where in your body you are feeling it the strongest. Pinpoint the area where it is the most intense.

Be 'with' the feeling, without judging it or trying to make it go away. It might get more intense or less.. It might move around your body.. It will pass in a matter of seconds or minutes - if you just let yourself feel. Just breathe, and let yourself feel. You WILL be ok :)
