I begin the session with counselling (using the new technique) to determine the best course of action in the client's interest. This may involve searching for triggers which are the root of the problem. I incorporate this counselling session into the massage session whereby 'search and destroy' tactics are used to eliminate the problem triggers.

During this process the client learns how to control their physical, emotional and mental thought processes and redirect their mind from one state to the other. This empowers the client to be able to control the random thoughts that had previously plagued them.
